1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Pret a Mon'ger ("we", "us", "our") at pretamonger.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

Orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in CAD and may change without notice. Once submitted, an order can be changed or cancelled by contacting us until ordering closes for the week. After ordering closes, the order is locked and cooking begins.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Your card is held at checkout and only charged when ordering closes for the week. A cancelled order releases the hold.

5. Allergens

Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (logos, images, recipes, copy) is the property of Pret a Mon'ger and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products, except where prohibited by law.
